1st Shift CDL-A Driver (Sturtevant, WI) – ND Paper

Base pay: $26.00/hr

ND Paper is a leading manufacturer of high‑quality pulp, paper, and packaging products in the United States, with facilities in Maine, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Dragon Xpress, a private fleet specializing in local and regional freight, supports ND Paper’s logistics operations. We are expanding and seeking self‑starter drivers who are hard‑working, resourceful, and detail‑oriented.

• Drive locally and regionally, maintaining a clean driving record and adhering to safety standards.

• Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing.

• Operate under predictable routes with consistent schedules.

• Communicate with dispatch and support team to meet delivery targets.

• Valid CDL‑A license
• Clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Minimum of 2 years of CDL‑A driving experience
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• No touch‑freight experience required
