Hourly pay $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

First Shift Monday–Friday 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Ryder is immediately hiring a Shipping Coordinator to support our warehouse operations.

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) consistently meeting or exceeding goals in safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers to set appointments and update load statuses.
• Work closely with the Operations Supervisor to distribute workload properly and manage WMS down to the floor.
• Collaborate with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve issues with daily orders.
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Forklift experience.
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location.
