Facilities Helpdesk Administrator

Catch 22 are working with a Facilities Management organisation to recruit Facilities Management Helpdesk Administrators on an initial 6-month contract.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience using their CAFM software and a strong administrative background within Facilities Management. You will play a key role in ensuring the CAFM system is fully up to date, accurately maintaining compliance records, PPM schedules, and reactive maintenance data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Updating and maintaining the CAFM system
• Managing compliance, PPM and reactive maintenance records
• Ensuring data accuracy and supporting ongoing system administration
• Helping bring historical records up to date and maintaining data quality standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience using MRI Evolution CAFM System is desirable
• Background in Facilities Management or maintenance helpdesk environments
• Strong attention to detail and data administration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

In return, our client is offering an hourly rate between £15.00 - £17.00 per hour.
