The Role
To authorise and perform radiographic examinations, providing direct care and a high quality diagnostic imaging service for the management of patients referred from clinicians and other referrers in NHS Lanarkshire.

- Registered Radiographer with valid HCPC Registration
- The post holder will be required to demonstrate excellent team working skills
- The ability to work using own initiative
- Effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent time management skills
- Working knowledge of basic information technology
Please note for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
It would be great if you also have- BSc Honours in Radiography Training/refresher on Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure) Regulations 2000
- Evidence of clinical training and personal motivation
- Evidence of general radiography experience either as a qualified radiographer or as a student radiographer
- Ability to liaise with medical, clerical, nursing and other radiographic staff
- Permanent
- Full time
- 37 hours
This role will be based in Radiology within University Hospital Wishaw. The working pattern for this role will be various between day shift/ night shift and evenings Monday
