NHS Lanarkshire is seeking an experienced pharmacy technician to lead and develop the clinical pharmacy services at the base hospital, ensuring safe and person-centred pharmaceutical care in line with GPhC standards.
You will be involved in medicines reconciliation, patient education on medicines use and identification/resolution of pharmaceutical issues, contributing to care plans and inter-team communication.
