NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a Lead Medical Secretary to supervise an administrative team of secretaries and clerks and to provide comprehensive support to a team of clinicians, enabling clinicians to operate effectively and efficiently.
You will ensure the team works to NHS Lanarkshire SOPs, organise staff rotas, allocate daily work, monitor demand, and collaborate with clinical leads to drive service improvements across Lanarkshire sites.
