Global Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Platers and Structural Steel Fabricators to join a highly skilled fabrication team based in Coatbridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong heavy steel and structural fabrication experience who are looking for long-term work, excellent pay rates, and regular overtime opportunities.

This role is offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with a salary review available after 13 weeks for successful candidates.

The Role

As part of the fabrication team, you will be responsible for:

• Fabricating structural steel components from engineering drawings
• Cutting, shaping, and assembling steel platework
• Working closely with welders and production teams
• Operating fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
• Following all site health & safety procedures
