Colleague Nights Belhaven Extra

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25.

For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with the option to work fewer hours (minimum of 12). Availability is flexible; we schedule shifts within your chosen availability windows and provide a three‑week notice for shift dates.

Applicants must be over 18 years old and have passed the school leaver’s age. For some roles we may only recruit applicants over the age of 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or involves specific areas such as warehouse, beer, wine and spirit counters, bakery, driving roles.
