Installation Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced Installation Supervisor to take charge of pump and pipework installations at client sites, and to be based at our Glasgow branch. As the senior member of a two-person team, you will lead and work side-by-side with our Installation Operative to ensure every project is delivered safely and to the highest quality.

Flexibility for this role is a must as you will be involved in a call out rota and be expected to commit to supporting your team by working overtime outside of your normal 40 hour working week.

• Promote and exercise the company’s mission statement and core values across the UK network.
• Supervise all aspects of the solution/sales project from conception to completion in conjunction with the solutions/sales team.
• Coordinate with the Installation Manager, providing up-to-date information on installation progress and any potential problems.
• Implement on-site RAMS processes, ensuring risks are identified and control measures are in place.
• Supervise the day‑to‑day workload of Installation Operatives and sub‑contractors.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading; maintain high fitness for physically demanding tasks and uphold safety standards.

• Confidence working at height, in confined spaces, and around sewage/wastewater.
• Experience on client sites in construction, wastewater, and clean water.
• Hands‑on approach to ensure jobs are completed on time and to best quality.
• Flexibility with working hours; available for a 1‑in‑4 call‑out rota.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Site Supervision.
• SSSTS Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme.
• Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points).

• IOSH Managing Safety qualification.
• Forklift licence.
• CSCS card holder.
• National Water Hygiene Card.
