A client of ours is recruiting a Contracts Administrator to join their team in the outskirts of Witham. This is a full-time, temporary to permanent position working in the office Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Contracts Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
* Providing administrative support to internal teams
* Administering documentation for live projects
* Preparing, issuing and tracking project paperwork
* Managing and maintaining digital project files and records
* Liaising with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers
Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:
* Previous administration experience, ideally within a project-based or fast-paced environment
* Strong IT skills and confidence working in digital systems
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills
