• Managing Service Requests:
  Oversee incoming service requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Troubleshooting & Support:
  Provide first-line support for technical issues and elevate when necessary, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Communication:
  Liaise with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and foster a collaborative environment.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions to enhance our service delivery.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify opportunities for enhancing service desk processes and procedures.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in a service desk or Sales Admin is desirable
• Tech-Savvy:
  Proficient in using IT service management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem Solver:
  Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• People Person:
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with team members and stakeholders.
• Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.
