Templars Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated, outstanding higher-level teaching assistant to join our wonderful team. We firmly believe in supporting every staff member in their well-being and career development – ensuring we provide the best provision for all our team.

Working hours:

25 hours per week, term time only, 8.45am – 3.00pm, Monday to Friday. The role involves supporting children within an educational setting, demonstrating teaching and learning skills, collaborating with the teaching team, and approaching education innovatively.

• Hold GCSEs in Maths and English, grade A‑C or equivalent
• Enthusiastic about working with children of varied personalities and skill levels
• Experience with in the primary phase
• A strong, confident individual capable of taking control of a classroom
• Ability to engage well with pupils
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Smartly presented with excellent time‑management skills
