The successful Primary Teacher will take responsibility for a Year 5 class three days per week – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
. This is a fixed-term maternity cover position for up to one year. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging KS2 lessons, assessing pupil progress and maintaining high standards of learning and behaviour.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within a Primary School, ideally across KS2.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and current assessment expectations.
• Confidence planning and delivering engaging lessons to a Year 5 class.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• High expectations for pupil achievement and development.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, enthusiastic and collaborative approach to teaching.
