Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Asbestos Surveyor on behalf of a well-established and growing client based near Witham.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Surveyor who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working on predominantly residential projects, while being supported by a professional and knowledgeable team.

You'll be trusted to deliver high-quality surveys, provide clear technical guidance, and represent the business to a high standard on client sites across the UK.

• Carry out asbestos surveys across mainly residential properties
• Produce clear, accurate, and compliant asbestos survey reports
• Provide technical advice and project support to clients when required
• Quality-check reports and support office operations where needed
• Deliver a high level of customer care, acting as a professional ambassador for the business
• Stay up to date with current legislation and industry best practice
• Travel nationwide for projects, with occasional overnight stays
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including ISO 9001 standards

• P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in asbestos surveying
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Strong report writing skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident working independently and managing your own workload
• Willingness to travel and stay away when required

• Salary up to £38,000 depending on experience
