Job Title - Maintenance Engineer – Electrical & Mechanical

Salary depending upon experience,

Monday to Friday, 2.00pm – 11.30pm, There will be overtime available at the weekends.

The key purpose of this role is to work autonomously, and as part of a small team, to undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance and repairs of our glass processing machines, located in WITHAM, CB8.

• Providing front line maintenance support to the shift operations team
• Keep machinery working to the designed output efficiency
• Electrical, Instrumentation and Mechanical fault finding
• Assist in dismantling and re-assembling all production equipment
• Regular PPM and scheduled maintenance and improvement works

• Must be a multi-skilled maintenance engineer (Electrical & Mechanical)
• Track record of electrical fault finding & ideally knowledge of PLC's
• Worked on machinery within a Manufacturing environment
• Self‑motivated and able to work in a team
• You will ideally hold a recognised Electrical Engineering qualification, such as:
  Level 3 Diploma / NVQ3 / HNC / 18th Edition maintenance engineering / City & Guilds 2382
• Knowledge and experience of PLC an advantage

You will also require a flexible approach to your working hours to help meet Operational demand and support the needs of the business.
