Estimator – Aluminium Windows & Doors

• Estimator role dealing with a high end manufactured range of aluminum windows and doors
• Lead the preparation of accurate quotations and cost estimates
• Manage the sales office, overseeing quotations, order processing, workflow and team performance.
• Coach and develop estimators and office staff to improve accuracy, productivity and customer service.
• Liaise with Sales, Production, Technical and Customer Service teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes, monitoring KPIs and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

• Must have estimating experience within construction
• Ideally have experience in a senior, team leader, leadership or managerial level
• Ideally have Experince with aluminium windows, PVC windows, doorsets, fenestration or related
• Ideally have experience with Logikal
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to build and develop relationships
• Driven, hungry, ambitious and enthusiastic
