Key Responsibilities Deliver agreed targets Provide clients with a professional, high quality service Provide high quality advice in line with the companies expected standards Adhere to all regulatory requirements Represent the company in an professional manner at all times. Deliver holistic, client led financial advice. Use of cashflow modelling and financial planning tools. Key Requirements Level 4 Diploma qualified, Chartered as well, but not essential A strong track record of delivering holistic financial advice Experience building lasting client relationships and generating repeat/referral business Confidence in conducting client meetings and creating tailored financial plans Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty Experience using cashflow modelling to support robust advice recommendations Key Benefits Basic salary £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience Uncapped performance related bonus.
