The Role
Do you have a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for fine craftsmanship? Were seeking a talented Leather Technician to join an established team manufacturing luxury interiors for some of the world's most exclusive and ultra-premium car programmes.
In this role, youll combine traditional leather-handling skills with modern manufacturing standards, taking pride in delivering flawless finishes that exceed customer expectations.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 07:30am  1630pm

Requirements     Ensure products meet design specifications, tolerances and customer quality standards
Be competent in maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach to changing requirements at short notice
Maintain a professional, accountable, proactive and helpful attitude at all times
Have a strong work ethic with a can do attitude
Perform rework or repairs on defective items
Liaise with other technicians to achieve desired product finishes

Skills & Experience required:

Proven experience in leather automotive environment would be desirable
Proficiency with leather handling techniques
Previous experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
Ability to read and interpret patterns, drawings, work orders etc
Good time management and ability to meet strict deadlines
Understanding of workplace Health & Safety
