NICEIC Qualified Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NICEIC Qualified Supervisor/Manager to take responsibility for electrical compliance, certification, and quality systems across the business.

This role replaces our current NICEIC Manager, who is retiring, and is a key senior position within the company.

• Act as the company’s NICEIC Qualified Supervisor / Responsible Person
• Maintain all NICEIC accreditations and approvals
• Prepare for and manage annual NICEIC assessments and audits
• Oversee electrical certification, inspection and testing standards
• Ensure compliance with BS 7671, Building Regulations, and industry best practice
• Maintain and improve electrical compliance and quality systems
• Provide technical guidance to apprentices, engineers, supervisors, and project managers
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions
• Liaise with auditors, clients, and regulatory bodies as needed

• Previous experience in a NICEIC Manager, Qualified Supervisor, or Electrical Compliance role
• Strong working knowledge of BS 7671
• Experience managing NICEIC audits and assessments
• Commercial and/or industrial electrical background
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confident communicator with authority on technical matters
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in high-end commercial or retail projects
