We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Witham. This is a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity offering stability, training, and the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

* Daily operation of a counterbalance forklift

* Loading and unloading lorries

* Carrying out moisture checks on products

* Operating filling machinery to load 1-tonne bags

* Moving finished goods into the warehouse

* Supporting general production and housekeeping tasks as required
The Ideal Forklift Driver Candidate:

* Holds a valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence

* Has previous experience within manufacturing and production, logistics distribution and supply chain environments

* Lives locally to Witham or has reliable transport

* Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new processes

* Is seeking a long-term role with temp-to-perm progression
