Paint Sprayer

kolt recruitment are looking for a paint sprayer to join a busy and well-established bodyshop in witham.

key responsibilities

* prepare vehicles and panels for paint application (masking, sanding, priming)

* mix paints and match colours to manufacturer standards

* spray paint vehicles and parts to a high-quality finish

* maintain spray booth cleanliness and follow all health & safety procedures

* inspect finished work and rectify any defects where needed

* work closely with panel and prep teams to meet deadlines

requirements

* proven experience as a paint sprayer within an automotive bodyshop

* confident with colour matching and blending

* ability to deliver high-standard finishes with minimal rework

* attention to detail and pride in workmanship

* reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

* full uk driving licence preferred
