All Square Recruitment are seeking Production Operatives for a well-established, Employee-Owned company based in Witham. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable role with a clear path to permanent employment.

Shift Pattern:

* Mon–Thu: 06:00 – 14:30

* Fri: 06:00 – 14:00 (Early finish for the weekend!)

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Learning the operations of various departments within the production process.

* Supporting the stores department by assembling customer packs.

* Using hand tools to ensure a high-quality finish.

* Ensuring all work meets company Quality Standards.

* Manual handling of products and components.

* Reading and interpreting assembly-based drawings.

Requirements:

* Previous Production/Assembly experience.

* Confidence and experience using hand tools.

* Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
