This is a role for someone who is experienced in wet lay up.
The company are paying up to £20ph for the right people, working 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
The Role:
Wet lay-up of carbon fibre components
Working from drawings, laminating schedules, and work instructions
Trimming, bagging, curing, and finishing parts to a high standard
Maintaining quality, consistency, and workshop cleanliness
Working independently and as part of a skilled team
Requirements:
Proven experience in wet lay-up carbon fibre laminating
Good understanding of resins, fibres, and composite processes
Ability to read and follow technical drawings
High attention to detail and quality
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
