Responsibilities:

Arrive ready to start work in plenty of time to be in your working area
Work to the best of your ability at all times, completing all tasks with a Right First Time, On Time, Every Time attitude
Assist in the manufacture of window products in accordance with company process instructions
Lift heavy components, if required
Adhere to health and safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Follow instructions and tasks provided by Team Leaders or Managers
Work to company agreed efficiencies
Demonstrate personal performance against agreed timings by completing necessary performance documentation
Use machinery in the production process following procedures and training, reporting any safety issues to your Team Leader
Assist with maintenance and upkeep of machinery used
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with company quality standards at all times
Keep a clean and tidy work station/area
Contribute to company progression by working towards company objectives
Be flexible in approach to demands and assist in all areas of the production process
Complete system documentation accurately and within specified time frames when required
Perform any assignments outside of normal working hours as reasonably requested

Essential Requirements:

Industry experience in window fabrication
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to lift heavy components when necessary
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
Effective communication and teamwork skills

Desirable Requirements :

Additional qualifications or certifications in window fabrication or related field

Experience with specific window fabrication technologies or machinery

Hours and Pay:

Day shift, Working a total of 38.25 hours per week
Rate starts at £12.21 per hour but can be negotiable depending on level of relevant experience
