Position: Production Operative (Temporary)
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing company specialising in high-quality window products. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

The Role As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the manufacture and assembly of specialist window products
Operate machinery safely and in line with training and procedures
Maintain a “Right First Time, On Time, Every Time” approach to all tasks
Work to agreed production targets and efficiencies
Complete required production and performance documentation accurately
Support machinery upkeep and basic maintenance tasks
Maintain a clean and organised workstation
Follow all Health & Safety and PPE requirements
Support wider production activities with a flexible, team-focused approach

About You
Previous manufacturing or production experience desirable (but not essential)
Comfortable working with machinery and tools
Physically fit and able to lift components when required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Flexible with working hours when required
