Production Operative

Overview

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing company specialising in high-quality window products. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Assist in the manufacture and assembly of specialist window products
• Operate machinery safely and in line with training and procedures
• Maintain a “Right First Time, On Time, Every Time” approach to all tasks
• Work to agreed production targets and efficiencies
• Complete required production and performance documentation accurately
• Support machinery upkeep and basic maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation
• Follow all Health & Safety and PPE requirements
• Support wider production activities with a flexible, team-focused approach

• Previous manufacturing or production experience desirable (but not essential)
• Comfortable working with machinery and tools
• Physically fit and able to lift components when required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Flexible with working hours when required
