The Role

As a Factory Operative, you'll play a key role in the day‑to‑day production process, helping to ensure products are manufactured, packed, and dispatched to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Packing finished products accurately and efficiently
• Carrying out basic assembly work following instructions
• Operating production machinery (full training provided)
• Labelling products and preparing orders for dispatch
• Performing quality checks to maintain production standards
• Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packing role (preferred but not essential)
• A positive attitude and strong team‑working skills
• Good reliability and timekeeping
• The ability to carry out manual handling tasks
• A willingness to learn and follow health and safety procedures
