CNC Setter Operator

A well-established manufacturing company based in Witham is looking for an experienced CNC Setter Operator to join their busy late-shift team.

The Role

As a CNC Setter Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery, ensuring work is produced to the required quality standards and keeping machinery running efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

Setting and operating CNC machines
Producing components to the required quality standards
Carrying out quality checks on your own work
Making adjustments to ensure components meet specifications
Keeping your work area and machinery clean and tidy
Carrying out basic CNC maintenance where required
Working safely and efficiently as part of the production team

Hours:

2pm-10pm, Monday-Friday
Pay:
Up to £20 per hour
Duration:
Approximately 3 months, with the potential to continue depending on production requirements

About You

We're looking for someone with previous CNC setting and operating experience who is comfortable working independently and takes pride in producing quality work.
