Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Salary:
Up to £60,000 FTE depending on experience

Hours:

14 hours (must be able to work Tuesdays; flexible for other days)

• Provide care for presenting patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation.
• Demonstrate safe clinical decision‑making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
• Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patients’ needs, support delivery of policy and procedures, and provide nurse leadership as required.

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice or working towards non‑medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification; ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
• Preferred:
  Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner or accreditation towards ACP status.

• Annual salary up to £60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
