• Provide care for patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients in general practice.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs, support delivery of policies and procedures, and provide nurse leadership as required.

What we look for in new colleagues:

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice, working towards non-medical prescriber status.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential; ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
• Preferably Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner; candidates with accreditation or an MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.
