Drive fast sales cycle times through disciplined qualification, quoting, and follow-up to improve conversion rates.
  • Handover & early retention:
Deliver a clear handover to servicing/account teams and support early retention activity during the first 12 months.
  • Market insight:
Provide market and insurer appetite intelligence to Product teams to help shape propositions for this segment.
  • Relationship building:
Develop direct client relationships and, where appropriate, productive introducer or referral relationships that generate direct client leads.
  • Quality & governance:
Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to Marsh internal policies and processes.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 18 months' experience in commercial insurance sales (broker, MGA, insurer, or related role) with demonstrable results.

  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Combined, Contractors, and general commercial product lines relevant to the £5k-£20k band.

  • Strong negotiation and commercial judgement; numerate and comfortable discussing pricing and profitability.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the local territory.
What Makes You Stand Out
