The Role Working as part of the tax team, you'll have a varied workload covering both compliance and advisory support. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing personal and business tax returns. Preparing tax computations and supporting schedules. Assisting with self-assessment and corporation tax work. Supporting tax planning and advisory assignments. Dealing with client queries and requesting relevant information. Assisting with HMRC correspondence and enquiries. Keeping up to date with UK tax legislation and compliance requirements. Working closely with the wider accounts and tax teams. Managing your workload and ensuring client deadlines are met.

About You We're looking for an ATT Qualified Tax Assistant with previous experience in a tax environment. You'll ideally have: ATT qualification or recently achieved ATT status. Previous tax experience, working within an accountancy practice. Knowledge of UK personal and business taxation. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A professional, proactive and client-focused approach.
