This is a fixed-term position until mid‑May, offering 25 hours per week. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 3:00pm, with some flexibility available. The role is based at our Witney office.

As the Training Administrator you’ll be supporting our project team, ensuring all Global Audley staff have the relevant training sessions planned and diarised alongside tracking and reporting on attendance at in‑person training, drop‑in sessions and completion of online training modules.
Key responsibilities include:- Identifying best tools available from our existing technology stack to support the requirements of the workstream in timetabling, booking and managing training sessions, focusing on ease of use and suitability for the task
- Timetabling training sessions and working with the business to allocate attendees in the most appropriate way
- Tracking and reporting online training module completion prior to formal training
- Working with project members and the business on co‑ordinating, updating, tracking and reporting on attendance at drop‑in sessions pre‑go‑live

- Identifying requirements for training immediately post go‑live for Mat/illness returners and planning, coordinating and tracking module completion and training attendance for this group.
- Analytical and process driven individual capable of coordinating and managing large quantities of information using simple processes
- Good communicator with high‑quality written and verbal skills
- Good understanding of Office 365 including MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook and Microsoft Bookings
