Receptionist role in Witney with training, progression & a supportive team

As a Receptionist based in Witney, you'll be the welcoming face of a well-established dental practice set in a beautiful Cotswolds location. Key responsibilities:

In this Receptionist role, you'll play a key part in delivering an outstanding patient journey by:

Providing a warm, professional welcome to patients in person and over the phone
Managing enquiries and booking consultations with confidence and care
Keeping appointment diaries organised to support smooth daily operations
Discussing treatment plans and taking payments accurately
Maintaining patient records using practice systems and relevant software
Supporting patient follow-ups, queries, and customer care communications
Tracking laboratory work, referrals, and incoming deliveries
Preparing reports and updating information for management use
Upholding company values and maintaining a high standard of service at all times

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a Receptionist who brings the right attitude and approach, including:

A friendly, positive, and professional manner
Strong communication skills with patients and colleagues
Confidence handling enquiries and managing multiple tasks
A calm and organised approach, even in busy periods
Excellent attention to detail and time management
The ability to build rapport and show empathy with patients
A polished telephone manner and professional presentation
IT confidence, including email and general office software
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or within a healthcare setting is desirable
