Bodyshop VDA Citygate Prep Centre, Slough OTE:55,000 Company Car Bodyshop VDA Role overview As the Bodyshop VDA, your role is to estimate Internal vehicles for our Preparation Centre using your skills and judgement to avoid unnecessary repair/spend. Bodyshop VDA Key responsibilities Your key responsibilities as a Bodyshop VDA will be:
Liaising with body preparation technicians to keep all remedial repairs to a minimum. Reporting to the workshop manager on any structural concerns identified Transferring an estimate to digital quote on the systems used Managing the your own time efficiently Continuously reviewing and improving Bodyshop processes and systems to deliver increased levels of job quantity/quality/satisfaction whilst minimising repairs and high levels of quality & workmanship Achieving estimating standards and kpi's SMART estimating within the preparation division To help develop individuals within the team, monitoring staff & self-training needs To plan and manage resource requirements What's in it for you as a Bodyshop VDA ?

Experience as a VDA / Vehicle Estimator Ability to work to deadlines Strong team working skills.
