The OpportunityA contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Supervisor to oversee a demolition-led project in Oxford. This role offers full responsibility for day-to-day site operations on a high-value scheme.
The ProjectA £9m demolition project involving controlled demolition works, site clearance, and coordination with engineers and subcontractors in a live environment.
The RoleYou will take full responsibility for site operations, safety, and programme delivery.
- Managing daily site activities and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme
- Overseeing demolition methodology and sequencing
- Maintaining site records, permits, and reporting
- Liaising with project management and engineers
- Strong background managing demolition projects
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
- Confident managing safety-critical operations
- Hands-on, delivery-focused approach
