The Role As a Service Advisor, youll be responsible for:
Greeting customers and providing a welcoming first impression Booking appointments, managing diaries, and organising the daily schedule Handling phone calls, email enquiries, and customer queries Preparing job cards and ensuring paperwork is completed accurately Communicating with technicians and updating customers on progress Taking payments and issuing invoices Maintaining a tidy, well-presented reception area Supporting the smooth running of the garage with general administrative tasks Youll deliver excellent customer care while helping maintain an efficient and professional front-of-house service.

What Were Looking For Youll need:
