Monarch Education is working closely with Primary Schools across Witney who are seeking enthusiastic, caring and confident Early Years Educators to support across their EYFS settings. • Guaranteed minimum £150 per day
• Paid to scale for roles involving key person responsibilities, planning or leading learning
• Work locally in welcoming, supportive Primary Schools in the Witney area

As an Early Years Educator, you will:

• Support children across Nursery and Reception following the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
• Use play‑based learning to support communication, literacy, and early maths skills
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff
• Build positive relationships with children, staff and families
• Contribute to observations, assessments and classroom routines

• ✔ Experience working with Early Years children (school, nursery or childcare setting)
• ✔ A warm, nurturing approach with strong communication skills
• ✔ Understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• ✔ Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – desirable but not always essential
• ✔ Ability to work confidently with small groups or 1:1
• ✔ Reliability, positivity and a passion for child development
