Role Overview :
We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to support in the Early Years classroom on an ongoing supply basis, covering until a permanent appointment is made. This is described by the school as a "lovely, easy job", often with very small class sizes (sometimes as few as 4 pupils), offering a calm and rewarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day learning and activities in the Early Years setting
Provide personal care where needed (supporting children with daily routines)
Work effectively with a small group of children to promote learning and development
Support with behaviour, wellbeing, and positive relationships

Essential Requirements:

Previous experience supporting children in Early Years or primary settings preferred
Confidence in handling personal care responsibilities
Patient, caring, and child-centred approach

Hours &

Terms:

8:30am - 5:15pm
Ongoing supply contract via Simply Education until permanent staff appointed
