.

Whether you're experienced in SEND, looking to build a career in education, or simply have a genuine desire to support young people, we'd love to hear from you!

You will be supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on either a 1:1 basis or within the classroom as general support
. No two days are the same, but your core role will include:

• Providing emotional, behavioural and learning support
• Helping children access the curriculum in a way that suits them
• Encouraging independence and building confidence
• Working closely with teachers and SEND teams
• Creating a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment

You don't need teaching qualifications-just the right attitude and willingness to learn.

We welcome applicants from backgrounds such as:

• Support work
• Care work
• Youth work
• Psychology, social science or education graduates
• Nursery / childcare
• Or anyone with experience supporting vulnerable individuals

• Competitive daily rate: £100-£120
