, to recruit an enthusiastic and talented Drama Teacher for a full-time maternity cover position commencing in November 2026

The successful candidate will become part of a supportive and collaborative Performing Arts department, inspiring students through creative and engaging Drama lessons.
The RoleAs a Drama Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Foster creativity, confidence, and a passion for the performing arts.
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support extracurricular activities, productions, and performances where appropriate.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and participation.
The successful applicant will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching Drama within a secondary school setting.
- Be passionate about delivering excellent teaching and learning experiences.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Be committed to helping all students achieve their full potential.
