Do you have Design, Project and Mechanical experience looking for a highly‑varied role where you can see your creations brought to life, assist with Design and Manufacturing processes and have full autonomy?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global‑manufacturer, who are allowing you to become the go‑to technical expert, in which they will invest through training and progression.

This company are a multi‑million pound supplier of Industrial equipment into a range of sectors. Due to consistent growth this is a new role within the business.

In this role you will be responsible for the Mechanical Design of components, tooling and new products. You will also support the development of these through overseeing the Manufacturing and Project lead process.

This role would suit a Design and Development Engineer with practical experience who enjoys being involved from concept through to manufacture, rather than working purely behind a desk.

The Role:

• Mechanical design of components, assemblies, tooling, and production fixtures
• Working closely with manufacturing to resolve engineering and production issues
• Monday – Friday days role within a manufacturing environment

The Person:

• Mechanical Engineering background
• Experience with CAD / Design
• Hands‑on mindset with exposure to manufacturing, prototyping, or shop floor support
• Commutable to areas listed.
