What’s it all about?As a Senior Investment Analyst, you’ll partner closely with our Property and Development teams to deliver the room growth ambitions set out in our strategic business plan. You’ll play a central role in evaluating new investment opportunities—from building and reviewing financial models, through to preparing compelling papers for the Investment Board to support informed discussion and approval.
You’ll also provide insightful financial analysis to help identify priority development targets, assess past performance, and challenge investment decisions. Acting as a trusted business partner to both internal and external Development Managers, you’ll bring rigor, perspective, and constructive challenge to every stage of the investment process. Alongside this, you’ll deliver ad‑hoc analysis to support continuous improvement across the function.

Whowill this appeal to?
You’re an ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified (or part‑qualified) driven self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can confidently work across all levels of the business. Comfortable juggling competing priorities and tight deadlines, you take ownership of your workload and adapt quickly as new requests arise. You communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently to non‑finance stakeholders, bring advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise.
Experience with Power BI, SQL, Qlikview or similar tools is a strong advantage.
