Your new role As a Tax Partner, you will lead the tax function and play a key role in driving the strategic direction of the practice. You will take responsibility for delivering high-level advisory services while developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships. Leading and developing the tax service line, ensuring high standards of delivery Managing a portfolio of corporate and private clients, providing expert tax advice Driving business development and identifying new growth opportunities Advising on complex tax matters, including planning and structuring Building, mentoring, and developing a high-performing tax team Ensuring compliance with current legislation and professional standards Working collaboratively across the wider business to deliver integrated solutions What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will be a commercially focused and technically strong tax professional with proven leadership experience.

A relevant professional qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) Extensive experience in a senior tax leadership role Strong technical knowledge of corporate and/or private client tax A demonstrable track record in winning and developing business Excellent client relationship management skills Strong leadership and team development capabilities Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive growth What you'll get in return You will join a growing and ambitious firm offering the opportunity to make a real impact at a senior level.
