familiarity with trading platforms is beneficial (training provided) Education Recently completed A-Levels (or equivalent), ideally with strong results in Mathematics, Economics, or Business Studies Additional self-study or coursework in finance, economics, or trading is advantageous Internships within Financial Services – highly desirable or b2b sales Responsibilities (Entry-Level) Support senior brokers in executing client currency trades Monitor market movements and assist in preparing daily market updates Help with client onboarding and maintain accurate account documentation Conduct basic research on currency trends and economic indicators Learn and apply compliance and regulatory standards within FX trading Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues Cold calling and using outreach mechanisms to source new clients Career Development Full training in FX trading strategies, market analysis, and client management Clear progression path to a fully qualified FX Broker within 12–24 months Exposure to international markets and high-value transactions Ideal Candidate Confident Articulate Determined Ambitious Highly motivated by financial success Some exposure to FX sales (ideal) or financial market sales
