Podiatry Administrator​/Clinic Assistant - Part time

Overview

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Podiatry Administrator/Clinic Assistant (Part-time) to support the Podiatry Department in Witney, with at least one day per week in Abingdon Community Hospital. The role is based at Windrush Medical Practice. The successful candidate will work with podiatrists in a community clinic and may assist during nail surgery sessions. Full in-service training will be provided.

• Arranging patient appointments
• Dealing with telephone and postal enquiries
• Ordering supplies and generally assisting patients attending for treatment
• Preparing the room and equipment used by the podiatrist
• Providing receptionist support and clinic administration

• IT literate
• Experience of working with the elderly and in an NHS setting would be an advantage
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small team
• Flexible, caring attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
