Location:

Located just 15 miles from Oxford, Old Swan & Minster Mill is in the picturesque village of Minster Lovell. The hotel combines a country English Inn and a modern riverside hotel. We offer a monthly service charge pool, with 100% of the service charge shared among the team. The service charge can be in the region of £150 a month (close to £2,000 per year) for a full-time employee.

As a Chef De Partie, you will work as part of a passionate team of chefs. You will play a crucial part in presenting delicious dishes for our guests to enjoy. This role would suit someone who has worked in a similar environment previously.

• You  be working with fresh food, turning it into delicious dishes for our guests.
• Our CDPs run their own section of the kitchen.
• As a skilled chef, you  get to really put those knife skills to the test, while learning new skills from our senior chefs along the way.
• We keep everyone safe by staying up to date with the latest allergen training.
• Being one team, everyone in the kitchen is responsible for keeping it clean.
• Nobody wants out-of-date food, so labelling your food is important.
• As an experienced chef, we encourage you to share your knowledge with new, budding KP  and Commis coming into the industry.
