We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join our Events Operations team here at Estelle Manor.
The on target earning potential for this role is £40,000 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising of a base salary of £32,640 per annum, plus a qualified estimate of £8,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this is a projected salary and OTE.
Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:As a Floor Manager at Estelle Manor, you will support the General Manager of Events Operations by leading by example, helping to manage the smooth operational running of service to ensure the Events team deliver an exceptional and memorable experience for our members and guests. You will play a key role in training, mentoring and coaching the team, with a high level of organisation and communication.
Whowe are looking for:
- Experience in Food and Beverage management within a luxury hotel or premium brand.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with a diverse range of people – you can quickly understand, influence and negotiate, as well as document and explain complex requirements to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Experience managing the daily operations, set up, standards, operating procedures.
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
- An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
