Right from the start, you’ll lead from the front, getting to know your team and customers to position your store as the best it can be. Training programmes, varied shift patterns and work‑life balance support your development. Our part‑time options start at a minimum of 30 hours over 4/5 days.

• Lead your team – motivate to deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve results.
• Drive sales – oversee budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, stock and profitability.
• Make it your own – give your store a personality that benefits both staff and customers.
• Support the area – collaborate with other Branch Managers to meet area KPIs.
