Deputy Manager

This Deputy Manager role gives you the space to lead clinically, support and develop staff, and deputise confidently for the Registered Manager. You’ll be trusted to shape care delivery, maintain high standards, and contribute to the continued success of a high-performing nursing home.

• Salary £55,000–£58,000 per annum
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

• Deputise for the Registered Manager, supporting the effective, safe, and compliant running of the nursing home
• Lead on clinical standards, quality assurance, and care delivery for residents with complex needs
• Provide leadership, supervision, and development to nursing and care teams
• Support a positive culture that promotes high standards, engagement, and continuity of care

• Nurse qualified with current registration (RGN or RMN) and experience working as a Deputy Manager in a nursing home
• Proven experience leading and managing staff teams within a clinical care environment
• Experience supporting quality, compliance, and high standards of care for older people
